As a result, every training we offer has been tested firsthand, proven on a real project, and refined to be as effective as possible.
Mikalai Alimenkou
Independent consultant
Mikalai is an expert in Java development, the architecture of scalable distributed systems, engineering practices, Agile approaches, quality assurance processes, and product development. Having started his IT career back in 2004, he has worked his way up from Java developer to Java tech lead, solution architect, and senior delivery manager. Since 2009, Mikalai has been training and consulting at XP Injection, and thousands of people have attended his trainings and workshops in that time. In 2017, he switched to consulting full-time, and since then he has helped many organizations and product teams in a wide range of fields. He is an active participant and speaker at international conferences, the founder, organizer, and program committee chair of the Selenium Camp, JEEConf, and XP Days Ukraine conferences, and the creator of Developers Anonymous. Since 2018, he has run his own Telegram channel.
Dmytro Yefimenko
Dmytro is an expert in project and team management, business and systems analysis, design, development, testing, and setting up processes. More than 18 years in software development, the last 9 of them leading product teams. A committed advocate of pull-based approaches to design and development, self-managing teams, and Lean, lightweight processes. Dmytro’s passion is combining well-known and lesser-known methods and practices into effective processes tailored to each team.
Andrii Dzynia
A professional in software testing and test automation. A speaker at many industry conferences. Over the years, Andrii has worked with a wide range of technologies, from simple mobile applications to complex distributed systems, and has designed and put into practice successful test and test automation strategies for commercial products that continue to evolve.
Serhiy Kalinets
Software architect
Serhiy got hooked on programming as a child, has been doing it for a living since 2000, and took the plunge into the world of .NET in 2005, never to climb back out, while keeping an interest in other ecosystems. Throughout that time, Serhiy has kept coding actively and helping colleagues with mischievous advice on making development more effective. A trainer in engineering practices and an occasional speaker at various events. A member of the Kiev ALT.NET community and of Developers Anonymous.
