Consulting

When you can't solve a problem on your own
When you don't know exactly what your problems are, or can't solve them on your own, consulting will help.
Above all, we help clients focus on a thorough, in-depth understanding of the problems, obstacles, and difficulties they face, not just their visible symptoms. To that end, we've developed rapid audit methods for a wide range of areas, from company-wide processes and practices to highly specialized technical solutions.
We don't propose solutions to clients unless we fully understand the problem and are confident the solutions will work in their particular case. Our core specialty in consulting is getting to the true root causes of a client's problems and helping them build an actionable plan to solve them, drawing on our many years of experience in the IT industry and beyond.
Key consulting areas
- Process, technology, and architecture audits
- Improving the efficiency of existing processes
- Organizational development
- Agile approaches, methodologies, and practices
- Building effective teams
- Hiring and retention processes
- Product development and startups
- Distributed, scalable IT systems
How it works
- You come to us with your problem.
- We run a quick, efficient audit to understand its root causes and propose possible solutions.
- Together with you, we work through the proposed options to account for every nuance and constraint.
- We then build a plan to implement the chosen solutions and put it into action.
- If needed, we help with the critical stages of implementation, or simply review the results of each stage together with you, so we can adapt the plan to reality and achieve the best results.

Trainings

When you need new skills
If you've already set clear goals and built a plan to reach them, but you lack certain skills or your current level of knowledge isn't enough, trainings are a great fit.
Unlike consulting, trainings focus on a specific, narrow area. They help people gain focused knowledge from experienced professionals and build practical skills quickly and as efficiently as possible. That's why they save a company a great deal of time and money on employee training and development.
Our range of trainings covers every aspect of product development. That includes requirements analysis; building processes; infrastructure, technical, and architecture topics; quality assurance and control; and establishing the right team culture.

- If nothing fits, email us your request, and we'll suggest options or design a program tailored to your needs.

Speaking

When you want to inspire your employees
Sometimes you've planned changes in your company, but your employees aren't motivated and inspired enough to take an active part in them.
Or you've started using a new approach, technology, or practice that your employees have little experience with, and they don't feel confident in their abilities. Or you simply want to broaden your employees' horizons and invest in their development.
In cases like these, talks by seasoned professionals are a great fit. They can share years of hands-on experience; inspire change; give a thorough overview of a tool, approach, technology, or practice; and answer the practical questions that have piled up. And they can do it in a convenient format that doesn't take your employees away from their work for long.
This service is also a great fit if you've decided to organize your own meetup or conference. After all, experienced speakers with compelling topics are the foundation of a successful event.
Key speaking formats
- Inspiring keynote (60-90 minutes)
- Classic talk (60-90 minutes)
- Overview of a specific technology, tool, or practice (60-120 minutes)
- Q&A session and discussion driven by the audience's interests (60-120 minutes)
- Short hands-on workshop (60-180 minutes)
- Deep Dive format that covers a narrow topic as fully as possible (4 hours)
How it works
- You browse our catalog of existing talks for a topic that interests you.
- If you find a suitable topic, email us, and together we'll choose the best format for your audience and goals.
- If nothing fits, take a look at our training catalog and consulting areas.
- If something there catches your eye, we can prepare a talk on the topic you choose, in the format you need.
- In any case, tell us about your request, and we'll do our best to suggest options or recommend who is best suited to help.

Coaching

When you want major change
If you know exactly what needs to be done and how, but change still isn't happening, and you aren't moving toward your goals or aren't moving fast enough, it may be time to seek coaching support. Many change initiatives and transformations stall halfway because the team driving them lacks energy, cadence, and experience.
How can an experienced coach help? First, they help you better understand your current situation and become aware of the problems, difficulties, and constraints you face on the way to your goal. Second, a coach can look at what's happening from the outside and apply systems thinking to highlight things that often escape people immersed in day-to-day operations. Unlike a consultant, a coach doesn't tell you what to do or how to do it. Instead, they help you arrive at the most effective solutions on your own.
Beyond supporting changes and transformations, a coach can also act as a facilitator for effective group decision-making. Using facilitation tools, the coach makes group communication successful and productive, helping the group reach its goals. This includes strategy sessions, project planning, retrospectives, executive meetings, generating fresh ideas for business development, and more.
Key coaching areas
- One-on-one coaching for personal development
- Designing and carrying out company-wide transformations
- Building company values and culture
- Support while implementing changes of any scale
- Adopting Lean principles and Agile approaches
- Facilitating group decisions at various levels
How it works
- Describe your situation to us, or simply put into words a question whose answer would help you right now.
- We'll try to understand whether coaching is the most suitable service in your case.
- If it is, we'll use practical examples to show how we could structure our coaching work with you going forward.
- If the proposed way of working suits you, you'll get long-term support from experienced coaches.
- If coaching isn't a good fit for your request, we'll be sure to suggest our other services to help you resolve your issue.
